NEW DEALER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in joining the growing family of dealers of custom cycle parts manufactured by Chesapeake Performance Inc., applicants must fill out the credit application in full ( PLEASE PRINT) sign it, and then fax us the application and a copy of your business license and tax I.D. numbers. Once you have been approved, you will receive a copy of our warranty and a parts catalog with price sheets. (Your first order will be paid by either credit card or certified check.).You will also receive signs and or banners and several of our brochures as they are available. You will then be added to our web site as a dealer and or distributor. We do not sell retail to the public, we only sell to our dealers and or distributors. All our parts will come to you chromed, unless a machine finish is desired so they can be powder coated or anodized, please specify when you place your order. All orders will be either faxed or E-mailed to us with PO # or the order will not be filled. All parts are usually delivered in 4 to 6 weeks from time of order, barring unforeseen problems. Please understand when parts go to chrome we do not have control over their procedures or time taken. Thus the 4 to 6 week delivery time may be extended. Small special rush orders can be placed and every effort will be made to fill them in a timely manner. When you place your order, a sales order will be faxed to you, you will then sign it and fax it back before the order will be filled. We will not take orders from your customers, nor will we talk to them about pricing.
We will do everything we can to keep you stocked with parts and totally satisfied with service. Our goal is to become one of the largest parts manufacturers in the USA, and at the same
time help make your company more profitable. One of the things we stress is, Our parts are made here in the USA.
